In the Kolping Hotel there are professional formation actions in the field of tourism, in partnership with other Kolping hotels from Europe and, in the future, with other qualified partners from our country and from abroad.

Thus, the people who want to be formed have the chance to be hired in the hotel.

Being founded on a climate of trust and flexibility, we are focusing on promptitude and the quality of the offered services.

We direct our income to the professional formation programes, because we want to contribute to changing the actual state of the tourism in Brasov.

A first step in implementing an European concept of professional formation has been made between 18 – 22 of october 2006, when a delegation from the Kolping Hotel from Frankfurt, Germany came to Brasov. Three German young people were in charge of hotel services during this period.

The Kolping Hotel from Frankfurt is successfully implementing in Germany the concept of the training firm and wants to collaborate with the Kolping Hotel from Brasov, in the matter of competence transfer between Romania and Germany starting with 2007.
